About this Event
Women, welcome to an open forum where we can discuss honestly, transparently, and confidentially issues we face at work and in our personal lives, as we strive to fulfill our dreams.
We will discuss everything from image, to conversations, to getting the respect you deserve, all without losing your high heels!
Are you a young woman trying to navigate the politics at work, or find your voice? Is there something in your life, you keep buried and secret from others and yourself? Are you a woman aspiring to get promoted and are not sure how to present yourself? Is sexual harassment an issue? Or, maybe you have the hardest job of all, as a stay at home mom, and need other women around you for support on managing conflict, disappointment, and stress in your life. These are just some of the topics we will be covering in our Monthly Women Winning Wednesdays.
In this one hour session Kimberly shares and educates on a topic relevant to women in the workplace or common challenges we face in our personal lives. She then opens up the floor for discussion and individual coaching with all participants who wish to share or ask for advice on the topic of the month. The final ten minutes are a summary of key points and a highlight of next month’s topic. Networking is available for those who wish to stay for another 30 minutes.
2020 Starts the next decade of women winning personally and professionally! It is time we step into our true power, eliminate the guilt, the shoulds, and the fear!
W3 is here to Assist, Educate, and Coach. Come Join us!
