We are a CALIFORNIA-ASIAN food concept with emphasis on Vietnamese herbs and spices, tailored for shoppers/diners from all around the world. At AnQi, we are committed to using fresh, organic and sustainable ingredients, both in our dishes and even with our cocktails.
For example, we only use sustainable fish; thus, we do not have yellow tail or ahi tuna on our menu as they are both endangered products. Our alternative version of yellow tail is pompono sashimi and for tuna, we only use tombo tuna, both which are sustainable.
Our culinary tradition is ''tapa-style'' which is based around the concept of ''sharing''; thus, the portion is intended to be based on small plates and large plates, not individual entrée, as found in most traditional restaurants. It is our chef's intention that all our guests have more fun in tasting a wide variety of dishes on our menu!
