Founded in 2013\, Bracken's Kitchen is committed to rescuing\, re-purposing\, and restoring both food and lives through food rescue\, culinary training\, and a community feeding program.\n	Mary Cappellini is the Executive Director of Save our Youth (SOY)\, which serves thousands of low-income\, at-risk youth in the Newport-Mesa Unified School District by providing a safe and welcoming space for teens. Since 1993\, SOY has provided over $4 million in scholarships to first-generation youth to pursue higher education opportunities. \n	Jennifer Friend\, J.D. is the Chief Executive Officer of Project Hope Alliance (PHA)\, which works to end the cycle of youth homelessness using a long-term\, site-based model of providing whole-person trauma-informed care for youth experiencing homelessness in Orange County. PHA supports students across 47 schools in Orange County and has a high school graduation rate of 30% above the national average.
