The class is meant to build strength\, stamina\, balance\, and flexibility to help you move confidently.\n\nYou will learn how to:\n\n* Execute beginners' poses safely and in alignment with YOUR body\n\n* Adapt the poses for your body's ability and safety\n\n* How to use the mat\, belts\, blocks\, blankets\, chairs\, etc.\n\n* Practice easy introductory exercises of Pranayama- controlled breathing\n\n* Develop a stronger sense of mind and body connection\n\n* Meditate while in the pose\n\n* Challenge yourself with inversions
