DESCRIPTION:Welcome to beginning and intermediate springboard diving! This springboard diving class is open to all ages and experience levels. Students will learn and refine dives in all five groups: forward\, backward\, inward\, reverse\, and twisting. The only prerequisite is that you know how to swim.
