DESCRIPTION:Costa Mesa Sanitary District (CMSD)\, in partnership with waste hauler CR&R Environmental Services\, is hosting a free drive-thru compost giveaway event for CMSD customers at Estancia High School in Costa Mesa on Saturday\, May 20th from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.\n \n\nEvent Details:\n\n\n	Eligibility: attendees must show proof of residence in Costa Mesa to avail of free compost. This can include a driver's license\, ID\, or utility bills.\n	Eligible residents can take home:\n	\n		2 bags of compost per household\, while supplies last\; and\n		1 countertop kitchen pail per household\, while supplies last.\n	\n	\n	Attendees must remain in their vehicles throughout the drive-thru and follow traffic control signs and signals.\n	The event will end promptly at 12 PM and no entries will be permitted after that time.
