DESCRIPTION:Enjoy a day of spring themed workshops\, music\, and a scavenger hunt at "iHeart the OC Mix" happening on Saturday\, May 6 at SOCO + The OC Mix!   The center is hosting a series of activities that both children and adults can enjoy with the purchase of event tickets. Each ticket includes admission to one (1) interactive workshop.   Workshops for adults (ages 12 and above) include: o "Spring Floral Centerpiece Arrangement" from 10:30 a.m.   11:30 a.m.\, led by Hadley & Ren. (Create your own stunning spring-themed floral centerpiece using seasonal flowers\, adding a touch of personal style to your home d cor.) o "Pot & Coaster Workshop" from 12:00 p.m.   1:00 p.m.\, led by Inked Blank Page (Customize your very own pot and coaster using an array of pastel and bright colored paints the exude the very essence of spring.) o "DIY Reed Diffuser" from 3:00 p.m.   4:00 p.m. (Mix your preferred oils to infuse your living space with a delightful spring fragrance\, creating a personalized reed diffuser.)   Workshops for kids (ages 12 and under) include: o "Kid's Suncatcher Workshop" from 1:30 p.m.   2:30 p.m. (For kids of all ages\, this DIY suncatcher will be a great activation for kids to create a custom suncatcher\, tailored to their creative direction and gives parents a seasonal keepsake.) o "Farmer's Market Scavenger Hunt" anytime during 9:00 a.m.   11:00 a.m. (For kids of all ages\, head on over to the Farmer's Market and find hidden items within the market and win spring themed prizes!)   Kids can create even more take-home artwork by visiting a special spring-themed coloring station located in the outdoor courtyard area!   And what celebration is complete without good tunes? Live music by Paul Lemire will keep guests entertained all day with his musical talents.
