DESCRIPTION:The Costa Mesa Chamber and our Civic Leadership hope you and your families are safe and staying healthy during this very difficult time.\n\n\n\nWe want to provide as much support as we can to help you through this.\n\n\n\nNext Wednesday at 4pm we've gathered some restaurant industry experts with different specialties for a video conference meeting to focus in on what restaurants in particular can be doing right now. \n\n\n\nThis is going to be led by industry veteran and local restaurant consultant Tony Penn\, who along with several others\, has been working with restaurants locally and nationally to answer questions and share best practices for survival.\n\n\n\nThe event will be co-hosted by Mayor Pro Tem John Stephens and Council Member Andrea Marr. We've also invited federal and state officials to answer any relevant questions.\n\n\n\nPLANNED TOPICS TO INCLUDE:\n\n\n\nFinancial Strategies\n\nCash Flow Management for the next several months\n\nWorking with you Landlord and other vendors\n\nWorking with your Lender\n\nSales Building Best Practices\n\nInnovative revenue ideas from around the country\n\nAddressing Fear in both Customers and Employees\n\nEmployee Retention\n\n\n\nPanelists from Legal\, Insurance\, Culinary\, Business Solutions and More.\n\n\n\nWith so many resourceful and creative people in our community\, there will be some valuable information from this call we can all use.
