Rise & Shine: Measure C - Informational Community Discussion

Join us for a special Rise & Shine focused on Measure C. The Costa Mesa Fair Business License Reform, Small Business Protection Measure, which will appear on the November 3, 2026 ballot.

Hosted by the City of Costa Mesa in partnership with the Costa Mesa Chamber of Commerce, this informational event provides residents and members of the business community with an opportunity to learn more about Measure C and better understand the proposed changes ahead of the election.

Hear directly from Costa Mesa City Manager Cecilia Gallardo-Daly about key facts surrounding Measure C, why it is on the ballot, and how the proposed changes would apply to businesses. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn the facts, ask questions, and become more informed about the measure.

Complimentary breakfast will be provided. This event is free and open to Chamber members and non-members. Advance registration is encouraged.
