Description
Uta is a yoga instructor specializing in families and children in Orange County. She believes that Yoga is a well-balanced interweaving of physical and mental/emotional activity. As a support role to make everyday life more comfortable and meaningful for your child, Uta is focusing on mindfulness-based activities in her kid's class. She explores by experiencing mindful breathing, stretching, craft/art, sensory games, and more!
The class is designed for ages 4-10. Uta is bilingual in Japanese and English.
