Learn hands-on techniques to decorate cakes with fondant and make different fondant and gum paste decorations. Techniques learned: tinting, rolling/covering a cake with fondant, bows, flowers and leaves. You will learn to use fondant/gum paste decorating tools like: cutters, rolling pins, fondant smoother, veining tool, ball tool, etc. Material fee includes cake and supplies to decorate an elaborate, fondant, gum paste flower 8” round cake. Open to ages 16 and up. Enroll early, class limited to 10 students.
