Join us in a hands-on workshop with one session on Jurisdiction and Classification and another in Export Licensing. Whether you are struggling with jurisdiction and classification analysis or would like to learn how to do it, the jurisdiction and classification session is for you. In the afternoon, learn about drafting export licenses and learning when to use exceptions/exemptions and how to apply them. In this session, we will walk through the license application process and draft sample license applications, including letters of explanation/transmittal. Additionally, we will discuss common export exceptions/exemptions and requirements for use. Whether you are EAR or ITAR focused, this workshop is a great benefit to your export compliance knowledge and program.
