The Asanas (poses) are introduced progressively and safely to ensure your growth, learning, and healing.
Great for office professionals, postnatal mommies, students "young at heart" and all students that are new to yoga and want to learn in a safe, small class environment. The class is meant to build strength, stamina, balance, and flexibility to help you to move with confidence.
