Description
Five Element Theory, or Wu Xing, is an ancient philosophy that underpins all of Chinese society. In this presentation we will learn about the five elements and their relationship to our own healing and personality. Participants will take the Five Element Inventory to determine their elemental profile and learn simple energy medicine exercises to help balance their elements and restore harmony to mind, body and spirit.
