Grilling Series Part 1 Join Surfas on Sunday, June 4 from 12:30-3:30 pm as we celebrate our favorite way to cook in the summer time, the grill. In this class we will be celebrating the not so average grilling menu ideas. Our very own Chef Alexa Mata with show you her mad grilling skills. In this class we be making mouth -watering peach bellini's with a twist, we will be grilling our peaches to add extra flavor. Then we will move onto to everyone's favorite veggie with a grilled twist. For our main event we will have some amazing tacos and grilled shrimp kabobs this class is a must and just in time for the summer. We will be learning tricks on the barbecue and what to cook and what not to cook on the barbecue for the best flavor results. For part two we will be making amazing grilled drumsticks that just as easy as delicious. Then we will move onto to some veggies grilled mixed vegetables and then grilled potatoes topped with stinky and amazing cheese. To end on a sweet note for we will be making one of a kind grilled strawberry and ice cream tacos. Who knew grilling could taste this good.
