Meditations on the Strength and Power of Humility, Commitments of Training the Mind
Our main concern is to help and benefit others through universal compassion. In doing so we should learn how to remain humble and not boast about what we are doing. This very pure form of love, putting our self at the service of others, is the high mind of an enlightened being, and the source of balanced and stable contentment.

Re-Discovering Ancient Grains
They’re healthy, versatile, delicious, and have been around for hundreds and even thousands of years! Learn how to cook with these “ancient” grains, including, but not limited to, quinoa, freekeh, spelt, millet, farro, amaranth, sorghum and more!

Take the mystery out of word problems with Word Problems – Unlocking the Secrets – Ages 9-16.
In this workshop, Brian Clough will help students identify key phrases, recognize crucial concepts and learn strategies that will increase their ability to understand what the problem is asking them to do.
