The Basics of Springboard Diving
Learn how to dive in a fun and safe environment with McRobbie McLellan. McLellan’s experience coaching NCAA and NJCAA teams will make this class enjoyable for both youths and adults!

Friday Night at the Movies! – The Magnificent Seven
An oppressed Mexican peasant village hires seven gunfighters to help defend their homes.
Along with showing the entirety of the film, “Friday Night at the Movies” will share the fascinating details of the film. Screenings are preceded by a 30-minute informative discussion about the film, which includes its origins, the script, casting, production, audience reaction, box office sales, and the legacy of the film.

Dog Lovers: Certify Your Pet as a Legitimate Therapy Dog
In this three-hour class, you will learn how to improve your chances to pass the therapy dog handler written and behavioral tests at the least cost and quickest way. This course provides a list of facilities using therapy dog services in your area, leading certifying agencies, dog training tips and resources, comprehensive explanation of the certifying process, and on-going post-class support. Please do not bring your dog to class.

Cooking with Craft Beer
Learn the ins and outs of cooking with beer! Students will learn how to cook a gourmet meal incorporating some delectable ales, lagers and stouts. Students must be at least 21 years of age to enroll.

SAT/ACT Boot Camp
Learn the specific strategies for handling each type of SAT question for the newly revised SAT exam, including sentence completions, passage-based reading, and identifying sentence errors. Students will learn how to focus on logic and reasoning skills, as well as a variety of general strategies covering mathematics, data interpretation, and graphs. Limited to only 10 students.
