Location
All shows are presented at the Lyceum Theater located on the Vanguard University campus (55 Fair Drive, Costa Mesa, CA 92626) off of Newport Boulevard.
Fees/Admission
Ticket prices are $19 for general admission and $15 for seniors and children. Tickets may be purchased at www.vanguardtickets.com or by calling the Vanguard University Theatre Department box office at 714-668-6145. Season subscriptions and group rates are available.
Please note that no children under the age of six will be permitted to enter the Lyceum, and babes in arms are not allowed. Limited handicap seating is available upon request; please call the box office to reserve handicap seating.Contact Information

A fast-paced musical comedy where six awkward spelling champions learn that winning (and losing) isn’t everything.

An eclectic group of six mid-pubescents vie for the spelling championship of a lifetime. While candidly disclosing hilarious and touching stories from their home lives, the tweens spell their way through a series of (potentially made-up) words, hoping never to hear the soul-crushing, pout-inducing, life un-affirming "ding" of the bell that signals a spelling mistake. Six spellers enter; one speller leaves! At least the losers get a juice box. A riotous ride, complete with audience participation. This bee is one unforgettable experience.
