Hey neighbors — I'm Linda, a dog trainer based in Costa Mesa (Wow Bow Wow, if you've seen me around).
I want to share something that's changed how I run my business, in case it's useful for any other small business owners in the area.
A while back I was struggling with the stuff that has nothing to do with training dogs (the part I enjoy).
-- Missed calls.
-- Emails I didn't have time to get to.
-- Session reports for clients that piled up after a long day of sessions. So I started experimenting with AI — not the scary replace-your-job kind, just practical tools that handle the repetitive stuff so I can focus on the work I actually love.
-- I built a virtual receptionist that answers calls when I'm with a client.
-- An email agent that drafts replies for me to review.
-- A system that turns my voice notes into professional client emails or texts.None of it replaced me. It just gave me my time back.
I'm now offering this for other local service businesses — and I'll be posting about how it all works over the next few weeks.
If any of this sounds familiar — or you're curious what something like this might look like for your business — feel free to call me at: 949-736-4765. Happy to chat.
